Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Skill X Hub by Pragyat IT Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality certification programs and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

In the event that Skill X Hub cancels a certification due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollments, technical issues, or system unavailability), students will receive a full refund of the certification fee.

• Alternatively, students may opt for a credit transfer to enroll in another certification of equal value.

Types of Data Collected
  • Students can add money to their wallet on the Skill X Hub website to purchase certifications.
  • When adding money to the wallet, Skill X Hub provides an extra bonus percentage.
  • Once money is added to the wallet, it is non-refundable.
  • If Skill X Hub cancels a certification due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount used for that certification will be refunded to the student's wallet.
  • Alternatively, students may opt for a credit transfer to enroll in another certification of equal value.
  • If, under any circumstances, wallet money is refunded, the bonus percentage given will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, any applicable charges (such as transaction or processing fees) will also be deducted before the refund is processed.

  • Students are given two opportunities to pass the certification exam.
  • The passing percentage is 50%.
  • If a student fails both attempts, they will be required to purchase the certification again to attempt the exam further.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@skillxhub.com

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment (except for wallet transactions, which will be refunded to the wallet only).

No refunds will be provided for any downloadable materials, e-books, or pre-recorded content once accessed or downloaded.

For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once the service has been accessed.
